Many boys and young men are expected to be strong, silent and unaffected by pain.

Silence doesn't make pain go away — it passes it on. Our dialogue circles give boys and young men a safe space to speak honestly, listen to each other, and learn that asking for help is strength.

We work alongside communities, equipping people with knowledge, language and confidence to lead healthier lives.

Every paid programme helps fund free community education

When a school, business or government department books a programme, part of the income supports free workshops and resources in underserved communities.

1. An organisation books training

A school, business or department books a paid programme.

2. Revenue supports the work

Training income covers costs and subsidises free programmes.

3. Free programmes are delivered

Free workshops and dialogue circles run in underserved communities.

4. Impact is reported

We publish what was delivered, where, and what it achieved.

Trust & accountability

We believe accountability is part of wellness. As documents are finalised, each will be published here: our founding document, leadership, safeguarding policy, POPIA notice, and — from our first full year — annual narrative and financial reports.
